getting started

hey there! here in NC its very overcast. i also have the day off of work! the perfect day to begin a blog. so, as i have stated my goal for this blog is to take you on a journey through my summer culinary adventures! i will be posting recipes of dishes i have made, photos and comments on restaurants i have visited, and even some inside secrets from the restaurant business. i will tell what worked and what could have gone better. i will be coming up with some of my own creations and others will come from websites i have explored. please join me on my journey through my summer culinary escapade!
